I,

undertake to HM3 Legal, both during my employment hereunder or at any time after it’s termination, to completely keep secret, not disclose or otherwise make use of (unless necessary to perform my duties) all confidential or secret information (which has not lawfully come into the public domain).

This undertaking applies to anything relating to HM3 Legal, it’s clients, referrers or third parties. I understand that I can only disclose such information where I have prior written consent of the directors of HM3 Legal or where I am called to disclose such information in a Court of Law.
